What Is Reiki
Gentle energy. Real, grounded learning.
Reiki (rei, universal · ki, life force) is a gentle Japanese practice founded by Mikao Usui in the 1920s. Through light touch and attunement, it supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and a return to balance for yourself, and for those you work with.
We don't teach it as blind belief. You'll learn the history, the principles, the science of relaxation and stress and you'll practise, a lot, in person. The sacred and the grounded, together.

From Courtrooms to Healing Rooms
I never planned to become a healer. I was a practising lawyer with strong academic credentials, a BA.LLB and an LLM in Criminal Law and a successful career. On paper, everything looked perfect. Yet something felt incomplete.
My own healing journey led me to Reiki and energy work not through blind belief, but through personal experience, observation, practical results, and deep inner transformation.
You are not here to become someone else. You are here to remove everything that is stopping you from being who you already are.
The more I healed, the more aligned I became with my true purpose. And then something beautiful started happening, people naturally began reaching out to me. They came with emotional pain, relationship challenges, anxiety, confusion, lack of confidence, fears, and the feeling of being stuck. As they healed, their lives began to change.
And every time someone said "I feel lighter." "I finally found peace." "My life has changed." I felt something that years of professional success had never given me. Fulfilment. Purpose.
Today, as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Coach, I help people heal from within and empower them to become their own healer. Because healing is not dependency. Healing is empowerment.
